What this module is for

An effective salesperson is a well-informed salesperson. Rather than hunting for information scattered around, they have a complete customer record here: what the customer buys, how often, their favourite products, their payment terms, and the moments when a follow-up or a dedicated offer is called for. The result: finer tracking, follow-ups at the right time and sales opportunities better seized.

How it works

The module aggregates each customer's activity into a synthetic view: purchase statistics, top products, order frequency and payment terms. It highlights the signals that call for action — a follow-up, for example — and makes it easy to propose an offer suited to the customer's profile. The information is linked together, so you can move from an indicator to the order or product concerned in a single click.

Activation

Sales tracking is an optional Webshop Engine module. It works together with the Analytics module (overall view) and B2B pricing (offers per customer).
