How it works
The module consolidates the shop's data into a back-office dashboard: turnover by month, by channel (B2C/B2B) and by sales rep, top customers, outstanding amounts and payment terms. A variety of charts make it instantly readable, and the indicators are linked together so you can explore the detail — from a month into its orders, from a customer into their history. You keep a reliable overview at all times.

Activation
Analytics is an activatable module of Webshop Engine. It complements the Sales tracking module, which drills down to the level of each customer.
