Your data is used to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest). If you give your explicit consent, it may also be used to send you information about our services (legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time).

Recipients

Your data is processed internally via our management tool (LBO Command Center) and, where necessary for sending emails, via our emailing provider. It is never sold.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to handle them and to maintain our relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with our legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them: our contact form. You may also refer the matter to the CNPD (Commission nationale pour la protection des données, Luxembourg).
