B2B pricing: your professional prices, automated
Selling to professionals rarely means selling at the same price as to a private customer. The Webshop Engine B2B pricing module automatically applies the right price list to each customer, with quantity discounts, and displays prices ex-VAT or inc-VAT depending on their profile.
What this module is for
In business-to-business trade, the price depends on the customer and the volume ordered. Managing these price lists by hand, or multiplying quotes, wastes a great deal of time and opens the door to errors. This module fully automates the logic: a professional customer sees their negotiated rates and tiered prices, while a private customer sees the public price. Your sales team focuses on the relationship, no longer on the calculation.
How it works
Each customer profile maps to a pricing segment. The module applies the corresponding price in real time: ex-VAT prices for professionals, inc-VAT for private customers, and quantity tiers that trigger a drop in the unit price beyond certain thresholds. The calculation runs in the basket as on the product page, consistently from the first display through to the invoice.

Activation
B2B pricing is one of Webshop Engine's optional modules. It activates on an existing shop without a rebuild, and works naturally alongside the Promotions and Clearance modules.
