What this module is for

Announcing a closure, flagging a campaign, signalling a new product or a change: these messages, when they land at the right moment, reinforce trust and engagement. Rather than relying on external tools, this module centralises communication at the heart of the shop, where your customers already are.

How it works

From the back office, you compose your messages and choose how to deliver them to your customers on the shop. The engine also relies on differentiated e-mails depending on the event (order, dispatch, etc.), for communication that stays consistent between the screen and the inbox.

Activation

Communication is an optional module of Webshop Engine. It works alongside the Back-in-stock alert and Sales follow-up modules.
