Marketing notifications: the right offer to the right customer

Beyond order e-mails, a shop needs to communicate its offers. The Marketing notifications module, in development, will let you send promotional messages and targeted announcements to your customers, to bring them back.

What this module will bring

Bringing a customer back, announcing a promotion, highlighting a new arrival: marketing communication is an engine of recurring sales. This module will give you the means to send these messages from the shop itself, without piling up tools, and in keeping with your catalogue and your offers.

How it will work

The module will let you compose and send marketing notifications to your customers — distinct from the transactional messages (order, dispatch) already handled by the engine. It will fit into Webshop Engine's communication logic and will be able to draw on customer segments to target the right recipients.
