OPS Command Center is the management platform LBO Dev built to supervise, from a single place, all of its sites and digital operations. Monitoring, client-enquiry generation, e-mail communication: everything is brought together in one dashboard. It is the tool that lets us keep our promise of reliability — and one of our most ambitious case studies.
The need
Running several sites means multiplying the points to watch: a site that goes down, a security certificate that expires, a form that stops working, scattered e-mail campaigns… Monitored by hand, these things always end up slipping through the net. We needed a real-time, big-picture view.
A single control tower
OPS Command Center centralises the supervision and management of a fleet of sites. In a few seconds, you know what is working, what needs attention, and what is happening on the communication side. The tool was designed to scale — it supervises our entire ecosystem today — and remains accessible from a mobile.
What it manages
Five functions brought together in a single dashboard, from technical monitoring to client relations.
Site supervision
Availability monitoring (a site going offline is detected within minutes), security-certificate checks with an alert before expiry, tracking of live versions and a history of the checks.
Proactive alerts
E-mail notification as soon as an incident is detected (site unavailable, certificate to renew).
Client-enquiry pipeline
The site forms feed a single central point: every enquiry is captured, tracked and notified, with nothing lost.
Unified e-mail communication
Campaigns, lists and templates viewable in one place, without juggling between tools.
SEO & performance audit
Checks on on-page best practices and measurement of page speed.
Inherited security
OPS Command Center builds on our in-house authentication block, Authorized!: protected sign-in, two-factor authentication for administrators, fine-grained rights management and an audit log. Centralised access demands exemplary security — it is a prerequisite, not an option.
OPS Command Center also manages the module licences of our e-commerce engine Webshop Engine, which makes it a central control point for our entire ecosystem.
And tomorrow
The roadmap is rich: centralised content management with assisted deployment, a cross-marketing network between sites, multi-brand social media management, and a client-support module. OPS Command Center could even, in time, become a product offered to other multi-brand groups (firms, holdings, agencies).
