The principle is clear: the firm invites its client to submit their supporting documents via a secure link, then approves or rejects the file. A local, understated and data-respecting alternative to the major foreign platforms.
The need
Regulated professions are required to verify the identity of their clients (anti-money-laundering rules). In practice, many rely on online services billed per transaction, which route sensitive documents outside the European Union. For a Luxembourg notary or firm, that means both a recurring cost and a question of data sovereignty.
The solution
KYC-Pro meets this need with a lightweight application that the firm can host itself. The client receives a secure link, submits their supporting documents in a few minutes, and the firm reviews then approves the file from a clear dashboard. No software to install on the client side, no convoluted process: identity verification becomes a controlled formality from end to end.
