Klasma Real Estate: a share of bricks and mortar, without buying the whole property

Klasma's Real Estate universe applies tokenisation to a universal asset: bricks and mortar. Its principle: to make it possible to hold a fraction of a residential or commercial property, and to take part in the rental income it generates, pro rata to one's share.
What this universe offers
Income-generating property remains hard to access: a high entry ticket, heavy management, capital tied up. By dividing a property into shares, this universe aims to make that logic clearer and more accessible, with an extra dimension specific to real estate: the sharing of rental income among holders.
How it works
A selected property is divided into indivisible digital shares. After identity verification, a member can acquire a fraction of it, tracked in their portfolio. When the property generates income, this is paid out to holders pro rata to their share, via the platform's distribution mechanism. All within an interface designed first and foremost for mobile.

Project status
This universe is part of the Klasma demonstrator. Its effective opening is conditional on the platform's regulatory compliance (CSSF / MiCA framework), currently in preparation.
